Knots and Ropes is a Lebanese sporting club specializing in outdoor activities. It is well-known for its family approach which has gone a long way to gain people’s confidence through monitoring, instructing, pampering and encouraging children over 5 years of age as well as adults.
The activities are safe by all means. All participants are offered safety equipment before venturing on their activities with a qualified assistance.
Knots and Ropes is a “project on trees”. It offers Skywalking (accrobranches) as its main activity and the bridges built on trees as its basic construction.
Skywalking has the feeling of walking on air, yet it is actually the experience of walking on bridges extending between trees that reach up to more than 20meters high.Skywalking is a mental as well as a physical exercise. It allows the participants to do a total workout while conquering their fear of heights and boosting their self esteem. Bridges extending between trees are constructed from 2meters to 12meters above the ground and compose four different routes with four different exits.
The four exits are: Flying Fox, Flying Seat,Tarzan Rope and Rappelling.The exits have different flavors and satisfy different tastes.
Rappelling at Knots and Ropes is a convenient experience provided on an especially built wall of 12m.

Equipment Rent (paid once for all tracks and exits) = $10 USD
Track 1 + Flying Fox Exit / Add $2 USD
Track 2 + Flying Seat Exit / Add $4 USD
Track 3 + Tarzan Rope Exit / Add $4 USD
Track 4 + Rappelling Exit / Add $5 USD
Additional activities are found in a field of obstacles ( Boot Camp ) designed for competing groups. The "field" is offered free of charge on our site.
In addition to the trees adventure, groups may experience the teambuilding spirit while enjoying an unusual setting at Knots and Ropes. Exclusive activities and games are created for groups who are willing to compete against each others. The activities are customized and tailored so as to suit participants of all ages.
